I am looking to fill one and possibly two positions for the opening of my Allstate agency that will be located on hwy 157 next to Moto Mart. The position / positions will be selling auto, home, life policies to clients. The pay will vary based on experience and performance. There will also be monthly bonuses and yearly bonuses. The monthly bonuses will be in $5.00 per item sold over the course of the previous month. The annual bonuses will be based off of what my annual bonus is. The annual bonus will vary from year to year. This will be a scratch agency so the customer service will be very minimal for a while. This will give you every opportunity to be writing close to 100 items per month if you work hard. I will be providing quality leads for you to use along with the possibility of you writing your friends, family, and your social circle of friends.

I have been an Allstate agent for over 16 years. I left the business in 2012 and I am now starting a new agency. I have the knowledge and experience to help my employees be very successful in writing of new business and knowledge of the Allstate computer system. Also the handling of claims and agency management.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
I am a experienced Allstate Insurance agent with 16 years experience who sold his book of business in 2012. I am now going back into the insurance industry after being away from the business for 2 and a half years. I am going back to Allstate and starting a new agency and I am looking for highly motivated Insurance sales producers who have experience with Insurance sales. You must be Property & Casulty licensed at the minimum. Rate of pay with be provided after reviewing your resume. Employees will have a competitive base salary with monthly bonuses based on production. Earning potential will be up to you the employee to attain your desired total income level. Insurance leads will be provided to you and your job will be to turn these leads into clients. All office supplies will be provided to you, all you need to do in order to be successful is be able to convert the leads into clients. We will work in the office as a team to build a profitable and successful agency.
